Mr. Saylor has served as Executive Chairman since August 2022. He is the founder of Strategy and previously served as Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 2022. He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Strategy, a position he has held since founding the company.

Ponna Arumugam has served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer since January 2025. Ponna previously served as Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer since joining Strategy in November 2018.

Joty Paparello has served as Chief Human Resource Officer since October 2020 and has previously held various HR Leadership positions since joining Strategy in October 2002.
Andrew Kang
Andrew Kang has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining Strategy in May 2022. Prior to joining Strategy, Mr. Kang served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Greensky, Inc., a publicly listed financial technology firm specializing in point-of-sale consumer financing which was acquired by Goldman Sachs in April 2022.
